I just opened an Esty shop.

Hiya, I've also been busy setting up an Esty shop, well it's done, so here is a link below...

Friday at Beaugrenelle, Paris

Last Friday, I had a chance to meet a friend at Beaugrenelle, in the 15th, Paris. When I first was in Paris in 2003, this was a run down 1970's architectural embarrassment. But today it's very slick and shiny. Glass can hide so many architectural faults underneath.
My Friend and I had a great Mexican feast,
at Chipotle's Mexican Grill.
This is a view towards the Seine River, unfortunately I cut off the "Statue of Liberty", which normally you can see. Opps, which means I will have to go back for more pictures and also to explore all of the shops.
Thay have lots of shops, the usual chain shops and a Marks and Spencer...

Christmas Party at Hubby's work

This afternoon we had an appointment at Hubby's work, the kids Christmas party. Here we are waiting for the magic show.
After the magic show and food, we waited to have photos with Santa. The big brother was okay with Santa. But the little one is still a bit scared.
The outdoor activities, walking back to the car... the real big toys.
A big army boy.
Opps here he is again...
This is what I'm interested in, the light and patterns.
Boys toys.
Inspection time.
The army boy again.
This one is for the train sign.

Christmas Crafts

Here are balls I decorated with pins and sequins. I have a few more to make, almost like art-therapy in front of the TV.
Here I some birds that I sewed from a pattern made from Odlie Bailloeul. Here is a link to her website...  odile bailloeul
Close up of those birds.

Paris 8th of December

Yesterday I went to Paris to see an art thingo, but I got my dates mixed up, (silly me). So, I walked around different places and shops. It was so busy near Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. It was nuts walking near the decorated windows.
I love these old passageways.
They have interesting things to see...
All views of Sacre Coeur, make me happy.
Some of the Chistmas lights.
From the 9th floor at Printemps (maison store), there is a free view of Paris or you can buy a hot chocolate to warm yourself up, like I did. One of my favorite places to visit.
View of the Opera.
Lots of other photographers were waiting for the sunset classic photo of the Eiffel Tower, but I was eager to continue on my walk about.
Madeline.
Famous roof tops of Paris, with some cranes at Les Halles.

Christmas in Maurepas

Today, we just missed Santa Claus jumping out of the building to shimmy down the ropes, to greet all of the kids... But here are some other photos.
The three Boys.

Inside the market.
These decoupage

chairs were the high light for me.
This what the boy's liked.

After the market.

Big Cat and a Viking

Last night we went to a dress up party, I was a big cat and Hubby was a Viking. I thought he looked very cool as a Viking. There were lots of Gatsby outfits and the usual police man, who looked like a young Lou Reed.

No one else had black eyeliner on their face, like me.
