Big Cat and a Viking

Last night we went to a dress up party, I was a big cat and Hubby was a Viking. I thought he looked very cool as a Viking. There were lots of Gatsby outfits and the usual police man, who looked like a young Lou Reed.

No one else had black eyeliner on their face, like me.

A great sky tonight

We had a fab sky tonight, so I thought I would share.

Paris, Monday the 25th

Monday I ran away to Paris, to visit the exhibition "Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, Art in fusion" at the L'Orangerie. It was very special, I loved it.

Big Artwork

I just finished this larger watercolour & acrylic painting. It is for a friend, who lives in a beautiful typical Alsatian farm house. This is the background layer.

This is layer 1 & 2 together. Layer 1 was cut out to reveal parts of the background. It also is elevated, to give it some depth. The artwork is 70 x 50cm.
