A lovely day for a pebble beach and wonderful houses.
There are 300 of these houses...
The playground was fab, some bits had lights and music in them.
From up the cliffs, with magnificent views.
The next little town, for a photo op.
After the train rides, we visited a town called Abbeville, old, industrial with a great cafe and shops.
The Cathedral in the Centre.
Just near the post office, in the gardens of a chateau they had many things for the kids. I feel in love with these bikes, see below for more pictures.
Many tables of games.
Musical instruments made from unusual objects.
A little sculptural maze.
Close up of some of the creative bikes... many moved in interesting ways or made noises.
We started at Noyelles-Sur-Mer and waited.
The train arrived...
Two trains arrived, the youngest was so excited.
We all had a great ride...
The youngest was happy to see inside the locomotive.
We arrived at Le Crotoy.
We had our picnic lunch in the sun. It was lovely.
The boys had fun playing in the sand...
Joan of Arc was here briefly.
After, we caught the train back to Noyelles-Sur-Mer.
Hubby helped to get the train in place.
This one and the next are my two favorite photos of the train.
