Today we made crêpes, above is the recipe I used. It was in the school book of the eldest, so it must be okay (he goes to french school!). Farine is Flour (plain), Sel is salt, Huile is oil ( I used sunflower oil), Oeufs are eggs, Lait is milk, Verre is a glass, Cuillère is spoon, a dessert spoon, Pincée is pinch. I used an electric mixer too, just to ensure all was mixed well. |
