Yesterday in Paris...

Yesterday, the eldest and I went to Paris to see a friend and have a big walk about. Around Paris, there are lots of sculptures, so we managed to see a few.

The eldest took these from the train.
A Self Portrait
Waiting at Concorde.
These were the sculptures at Tuilleries.
Niki Saint de Phalle, Nana Fountain.
Close up of the Tree Sculpture.
Sorry it's a bit fuzzy, but here you can see the size of the Tree Sculpture.
'Foucher' is a small chocolate shop, 30 avenue de l'Opera. They have the most amazing selection of boxes. You can choose any box and also select what goes in it (chocolates of course!). I'll be going back to pick up some more boxes for sure. This box is for me and the chocolates are for hubby. They speak english and have the most amazing window display.
Click here to see the site for the shop...they also have a shop 134 rue du Bac!

2014 Mondial de L'Automobile, Paris.

The lovely neighbor across the road, gave us some free tickets to the Paris car show, so hubby and the eldest had fun looking at all of the cars... it was the last day and therefore very crowded.

An Aussie Solar Car...
Both the photographer and the model, were tired after this visit...
