| Today we made crêpes, above is the recipe I used. It was in the school book of the eldest, so it must be okay (he goes to french school!). Farine is Flour (plain), Sel is salt, Huile is oil ( I used sunflower oil), Oeufs are eggs, Lait is milk, Verre is a glass, Cuillère is spoon, a dessert spoon, Pincée is pinch. I used an electric mixer too, just to ensure all was mixed well. |

| Yesterday I visited Paris, after a big week with kids home from school and a broken heater. At the Hotel de Ville in the 4th, there is a FREE photographic exhibition, called "Paris Magnum". For a winters day, quiet cold, the line to get in was super short. I only had to wait 5 minutes (which was amazing!). The exhibition was excellent! |

| The eldest loves animals, but Cleo the cat isn't too friendly...because when she was a kitten, he use to pull her tail. She even rips my arm off every now and then. |
