Poitiers

Getting ready to go to Arcachon, our mid way stop at Poitiers. I got to visit the hospital with the oldest sausage, at 2am in the morning... could be an allergy (?)...I'm getting good at visiting all of the Hospitals in France, at the usual time of 2am. It was a good hospital and service, 5 *'s.
Fuzzy boy in the back.

Birthday Party outfit, Saturday the 29th of June.
On Friday the 5th of July, it was the last day of school, until September the 3rd. To celebrate we had a picnic in the park.
Someone loves their Aussie soccer outfit!
We finally have our summer, it was foggy in the morning, but warmed up to a hot and sunny 28°c.
These 7 pictures were taken by the little one, on the way home and also in the garden.

Kids...

Someone loves to be a cat. This was a test for his brother, who was suppose to be a cat for the school show. But he refused. It's a bit bizarre around the eyes... but he didn't care.

Favorite toys.

Paris, 8th of June.

On our way to Paris, to meet a student I use to know from Inaburra, way back in time. Once apon a time, I use to be an art teacher...
Someone took many, many photos from the train.
 There were many more...
Self portrait, with "Carambar" left overs.(I yummy chewy caramel lolly)
Eating lunch near the Louvre and other assorted sculptures.
Nice inspirational lunch.
Lots of people looking for shade, it was a hot sunny day. I even got sunburnt.
After a sitting in the sun, we decided to walk and find some ice-cream. We ended up at 'Galeries Lafayette'. Had yummy ice cream and a great conversation.
It was so good to talk about our life experiences in Oz (both lived in Engadine, went to Inaburra as a teacher and student), and finally here in France.
At home, everyone wanted to wear the chicken mask I bought, here is a funny chicken.
Someone's new train.
Little chicken.
