Sydney 2-3 March.

I was very lucky to spend a couple of days in Sydney.

At the S.H Ervin Gallery on Observatory Hill in Sydney has an exhibition about Australian Women Artists who went to Paris, it's called 'Intrepid Women'.

Ada May Plante, "Still Life", 1940s.

Constance Stokes "Portrait of the artists mother" 1933

Hilda Rix Nicholas "Snow, Montmartre" 1912

Bessie Davidson "Guéthary Cote d'Espagne" 1930

Bessie Davidson "La Robe Jaune" 1931

Bessie Davidson "Portrait of Madamoiselle Le Roy" 1920. It's a good exhibition and is still on until the 25th of March, click HERE for the link to the gallery.

Then at the AGNSW is the "Lady and the Unicorn". It's on until the 24th of June 2018.

I'd already seen them a couple of times in Paris, and they are amazing...it's a collection of 6 Tapestries.
